Paratici Eyes Milan Director Role: Power Shift Looms

Paratici accepted the Fiorentina role in February, but multiple sources confirm Milan's aggressive pursuit. The former Juventus architect brings a proven track record of title-winning squad construction and strategic transfers. His potential exit would leave Fiorentina scrambling for leadership continuity.

Milan's clear-out targets every level of the sporting structure, aiming to replicate Paratici's Juventus-era success. The club needs a director who can navigate financial constraints while competing with deep-pocketed rivals. Paratici's network and negotiation skills make him the ideal candidate to rebuild Milan's competitive edge.

Fiorentina faces a critical decision: resist Milan's advances or extract maximum compensation. Paratici's contract likely includes clauses that could complicate a mid-season departure. The outcome will reshape the balance of power among Serie A's elite clubs.

Power Move: Milan's pursuit of Paratici is a declaration of intent: they're betting on a proven winner to restore glory. If successful, expect a flurry of strategic transfers and a renewed challenge to Inter and Juve. Fiorentina's response will test their own ambition and leverage.
