The fourth set of the League of Legends Trading Card Game, Riftbound: Radiance, has officially introduced a slate of new cards for the Order domain. For players who rely on unit coordination and board control, three new cards—Concert Poster, Dune Devourer, and Trifarian Captain—immediately steal the spotlight.
Order is known as a domain that emphasizes structure, cooperation, and value through unity. Order decks typically flood the board with small units, leverage death or sacrifice effects, and rely on direct removal to control the game. However, their main weakness lies in mobility and the ability to handle scattered small threats. Radiance appears to address part of that weakness.
Concert Poster, a deploy gear, lets players pay one energy to place a Recruit with 1 might when the card is played or when they control a battlefield. The card is well suited to swarm and sacrifice strategies because it provides a steady supply of Recruits—both for contesting battlefields and as sacrifice fodder. Aggressive, unit-sacrifice-based Order decks should consider this card.
Dune Devourer is one of the strongest Order units in this set. With 7 might and the deflect ability, the unit forces opponents to sacrifice their rune economy if they want to attack it. Although its normal cost is 7 energy and 1 power, players can get a discount by sacrificing a friendly unit as an additional cost. Thanks to the abundance of Recruits and units with deathknell abilities, Dune Devourer often costs only 5 energy and 1 power—a tempting efficiency.
Trifarian Captain offers card draw utility that is rare in the Order domain. When played, players can look at the top four cards of their main deck, then take one unit or gear costing at most 3 energy and 1 power. Its ability is similar to Stacked Deck, albeit with restrictions that make it less powerful than the banned card. Even so, Trifarian Captain is a valuable source of card advantage with no meaningful downside, so it has the potential to become a staple in many Order decks going forward.
According to TCG analysts, these cards will not immediately make Order dominate, but they provide flexibility that was previously hard to find. Concert Poster fixes the consistency problem of small units, Dune Devourer presents a large threat that is hard to answer, and Trifarian Captain fills the card draw gap that has long been Order's weak point. The combination of the three allows Order decks to play more aggressively without losing control.
In Indonesia, the League of Legends TCG community is indeed not as large as in the United States or Europe, but enthusiasm for card-based games keeps growing. Riftbound itself has not been officially released in Indonesian, yet many local players follow the global meta through forums and online tournaments. The presence of these strong Order cards could spark discussion in the community, especially about the potential for efficient sacrifice strategies. Small- to medium-scale local tournaments are expected to start adopting these new cards soon, although physical availability remains an obstacle.
Looking ahead, the question is how quickly the Riftbound meta will react. Will Order become the domain that dominates the top tables, or will it instead trigger adaptation from other domains such as Chaos and Order? What is clear is that Radiance has given Order players new ammunition to compete again at the green table.
