Fauzan Nibras, Putra Bagus Hidayatullah, and Raihan Rizky Attorif have officially been trusted as the new faces of volleyball sports equipment brand FIXCH. The three now carry the label Faces of FIXCH, an appointment that marks the entry of young Indonesian volleyball athletes into the commercial sphere usually dominated by senior players.
The three names are not arbitrary choices. They are part of the Jakarta Garuda Jaya project, a team formed to scout young talent and accelerate their path to the senior squad of the Indonesian Men's Volleyball National Team. Fauzan, Putra Bagus, and Raihan have already broken through to the national level even though they are still under 20 years old.
FIXCH management reasoned that the appointment aligns with the brand's core values: the courage to push boundaries, a high work ethic, and potential that is not limited by age. According to the company, the trio's success in breaking into the senior national team is concrete proof of those values.
Technically, the three fill three different sectors: Fauzan as opposite, Putra Bagus at middle blocker, and Raihan as libero. This combination gives FIXCH a complete narrative—not merely a single face, but a representation of attack, front defense, and back defense.
Putra Bagus has drawn attention because his career rise has been relatively rapid. He began taking volleyball seriously in 2020 through the Indomaret Academy, then broke through to the professional level in about four years before being called up to the senior national team. His 198 cm height is a physical asset that has him projected as a future mainstay middle blocker.
Fauzan, meanwhile, has a striking record at the junior international level. The 32-point tally in a single match against Qatar at the AVC Men's Champions League shows his capacity as a scorer. Raihan completes this trio with his ability to read the game and anticipate opponents' attacks, the result of his role switch from spiker to libero.
This appointment is not merely a marketing matter. It signals that Indonesia's volleyball ecosystem is beginning to move in a more professional direction, where young athletes are judged not only by their statistics on the court but also by the market appeal they bring.
In the Indonesian context, FIXCH's move can be read as a market test. National volleyball has a large fan base, especially in cities with strong competition traditions, but the commercial value of its athletes often lags behind football. If this trio can maintain their performance at the senior level, it is not impossible that other sponsors will follow and expand the revenue space for young volleyball players.
However, there is an important caveat. Brand ambassador status does not automatically guarantee a place in the main squad. The three still have to compete with established names such as Boy Arnes Arabi, Alfin Daniel Pratama, Hendra Kurniawan, and Farhan Halim. Consistency in domestic competitions and international championships will determine whether this appointment has a long-term impact or is merely a fleeting moment.
Going forward, Indonesian volleyball fans will be waiting to see how this Garuda Jaya trio manages expectations. Will they be able to turn commercial spotlight into real achievement on the court, or will they instead be weighed down by the burden of an image built early on?
