Kevin Diks Officially Named Indonesia National Team Captain for FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026, Here Is His Response

Indonesia national team coach John Herdman has officially appointed Kevin Diks as team captain for the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026. The decision was made after the previous captain, Jay Idzes, was confirmed absent due to an injury that will keep him out of two consecutive FIFA Matchday fixtures.

The appointment of Diks is not without reason. The 29-year-old defender has a solid leadership track record, particularly during his time at FC Copenhagen from 2021 to 2025.
