Benny Blanco on 'Full-Court Press' for a Baby, Selena Gomez Reveals She Can't Get Pregnant

Benny Blanco says he is doing everything he can to fulfill his wish to have a child with his wife, Selena Gomez. The 38-year-old music producer openly stated that he is in 'full-court press' mode, following Selena's Instagram Story post showing her with a baby and her hope of having a child someday.

Benny made the statement during an appearance on Today with Jenna and Sheinelle. He said he cannot wait for the role of father. Selena even said she loves children deeply and cannot wait for that day.

In an interview with Vanity Fair, she said she has a number of medical issues that could endanger her life and her baby's. According to Benny, that stems from Selena's experience starting her career as a child actress on Barney and Wizards of Waverly Place, which made her used to connecting with younger generations.
