- Jay Idzes bermain 90 menit saat Sassuolo dihancurkan AS Roma 0-3, memperpanjang rekor tanpa kemenangan menjadi tujuh laga.

Indonesia national team defender Jay Idzes completed the full 90 minutes as Sassuolo fell 0-3 to AS Roma in matchweek 11 of Serie A at the Stadio Olimpico, early Sunday (8/11/2026) WIB. The defeat extends Sassuolo's winless run to seven matches and leaves them languishing in 17th place with eight points.
Idzes was actually fairly solid individually. He recorded 49 touches, 78 percent passing accuracy, and 17 defensive actions comprising three tackles, one block, 11 clearances, two interceptions, and five ball recoveries. However, Sassuolo's goal still conceded three times through Mario Hermoso, a Sebastian Walukiewicz own goal, and Rodrigo Mora. Two of Idzes' shots also went off target, leaving him with a rating of 6.9.
The result is a heavy blow for Sassuolo, who are sinking deeper into the relegation zone. The Emilia-Romagna club have yet to find consistency since the start of the season, and pressure on the coach and players keeps mounting. For Idzes, his impressive individual display was not enough to mask the team's poor collective performance.
Meanwhile, Elkan Baggott again had to settle for a place on the bench as Millwall were thrashed 0-3 by West Bromwich Albion in the Championship on Saturday night. It was Baggott's sixth consecutive match without playing time under coach Alex Neil. The defeat dropped Millwall to 16th place with 18 points from 15 matches.
In the Netherlands, Justin Hubner played the full match as Fortuna Sittard drew 2-2 with Telstar. Although his team conceded twice, Hubner recorded a rating of 6.7 with 72 touches, passing accuracy of 95 percent, and nine defensive actions. He also had one golden chance that went unconverted.
Joey Pelupessy also picked up a draw as Lommel played out a 2-2 at Royal Antwerp in matchweek 11 of the Jupiler Pro League. Pelupessy started before being withdrawn in the 63rd minute with a rating of 6.1, 24 touches, and 85 percent passing accuracy.
As for Dean James, he was given no playing time as Go Ahead Eagles edged Excelsior 1-0. The left winger sat on the bench for the entire match, and for the first time this season he was absent from an Eredivisie fixture. The win lifted Go Ahead Eagles to eighth place with 17 points.
Interestingly, although the Indonesian overseas players performed fairly well individually, their teams' collective results have been discouraging. This is a note in itself for the Indonesia national team coach, who needs to consider the players' mental and physical condition ahead of the upcoming international agenda.
Looking ahead, the big question is whether these players can bounce back and help their respective clubs out of pressure, or whether poor team performances will instead affect their confidence when they play for the Merah Putih.
