BRI Super League 2026/2027 Week 4: Persija Keep Unbeaten Record, Persib Test Dewa United's Mettle

Indonesia's top-tier football competition, the BRI Super League 2026/2027, resumes this weekend after the international break. Week four will take place on 9-11 October 2026, featuring nine matches spread across various stadiums. All matches can be watched via live broadcasts on Indosiar and the Vidio streaming platform, making it easy for fans to follow their favorite teams' action.

Fierce battles are predicted at the top of the standings. Defending champions Persib Bandung will host the team currently topping the provisional standings, Dewa United FC. This match is a tough test for Persib to prove their consistency, as well as an opportunity for Dewa United to widen the gap from their rivals. Meanwhile, Persija Jakarta, unbeaten in their first three matches, will travel to PSIM Yogyakarta's home ground. The capital club is eager to maintain their unbeaten record, but PSIM will certainly not give up easily in front of their own supporters.

Week four also features a number of other interesting matches. On Friday, 9 October 2026, Persik Kediri will host Madura United at 15.30 WIB, followed by Isenmulang Kalteng FC against Persebaya Surabaya at 19.00 WIB. The next day, Saturday, 10 October 2026, Arema FC will face Bhayangkara FC, while Persita Tangerang host Garudayaksa FC, both kicking off at 15.30 WIB. In the evening, PSIM Yogyakarta host Persija Jakarta at 15.30 WIB, and Bali United FC play Persijap Jepara at 19.00 WIB. On Sunday, 11 October 2026, Java United will take on Borneo Samarinda, PSS Sleman host PSM Makassar, and the headline match between Persib Bandung and Dewa United FC kicks off at 19.00 WIB.

Interestingly, a moment of silence was held before the Indonesia national team vs Bangladesh match at the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026, Thursday (1/10/2026), to commemorate four years since the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. This shows that Indonesian football is not only about competition, but also solidarity and respect for the dark history that occurred. The moment serves as a reminder for all stakeholders of the importance of safety and humanity in sport.

With a packed schedule and increasingly tight competition, week four of the BRI Super League 2026/2027 is a crucial moment for teams to gauge their strength. Persib and Dewa United will test each other, while Persija try to keep their momentum. Will an upset happen? Watch the matches and support your favorite team.
