Amazon's October 2026 Prime Day Kicks Off October 6, Early Discounts Already Leaked

Amazon has set its fall Prime Day—also known as Big Deal Days—to run from October 6–7, 2026. Although the official event hasn't begun, several popular tech products have already seen early price drops, including Apple earbuds, Fire TV televisions, Bose headphones, and Anker charging accessories.

Amazon's move to leak early discounts is not without reason. The e-commerce giant is in fierce competition with Walmart, Best Buy, and Target, which often run competing promotions during the same period. For consumers, a longer discount window means more time to compare prices, but also the risk of buying too soon before the best deals emerge on the actual day.

In the audio lineup, AirPods Pro 3 stands out as a highlight. This model is said to feature the most effective noise cancellation in Apple's earbud range, approximately eight hours of battery life, and a heart rate sensor for workouts. Apple also continues to sell AirPods 4 at a lower price following the introduction of AirPods 5, providing consumers with a more budget-friendly mid-range option.

In the television segment, Amazon is leveraging this moment to promote its Fire TV lineup. The 40-inch model features an HD screen and a quad-core processor, while the 65-inch variant offers a QLED panel and the Roku platform. For sports enthusiasts, the 85-inch Fire TV with Mini LED and Quantum Dot technology is positioned as an ideal screen for watching games with smooth motion thanks to its high refresh rate.
