Oasis Adds Four More Concerts, Knebworth to Host Record Six Nights

Oasis has confirmed it will stage six shows at Knebworth House, England, in September 2027—a feat never before achieved at the historic estate. The addition of two dates, 25 and 26 September, completes the four previously announced, surpassing the three-night record set by Robbie Williams in August 2003. The decision followed a wave of ticket demand that exceeded expectations during the registration period.
Beyond Knebworth, Liam and Noel Gallagher have added one concert at Rome's Olympic Stadium on 26 July and one at Munich's Allianz Arena on 6 July. The Oasis Live ’27 tour now comprises 42 shows across Scotland, England, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the United States, and Ireland. The band's management has stressed there will be no further dates added.
Schedule changes have also occurred in Paris. Due to railway engineering work near the Stade de France on 24 July, the two concerts in the French capital have been moved forward to 20 and 23 July. Meanwhile, the tour will open with five nights at Celtic Park, Glasgow, 21–29 May, before the band returns to Manchester for 11 shows at Etihad Stadium.
After the European leg, Oasis will fly to the United States for three nights at Gillette Stadium, Boston, and three nights at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas. Two concerts at Slane Castle, Ireland, will close the run before the return to Knebworth. The ticket sales system is designed to be closed: registration has already ended, and only verified registrants receive a unique, non-transferable code to enter a specific purchase window. In the UK, sales run 25–27 September with three time sessions each day. There is no general sale or public pre-sale outside the registration channel.
"We designed this registration system to make the process as fair and smooth as possible," said a band representative, as quoted from the official announcement.
For fans in Indonesia, the chance to see Oasis live remains open, even though there are no dates in Southeast Asia. The 2027 tour only touches Europe and North America, so fans in the country must plan a trip to one of the host cities. Accommodation and flight costs to Europe or the US are a major consideration, especially as concert tickets are priced from £71.50 to £266.60—equivalent to Rp1.4 million to Rp5.3 million per ticket. The non-transferable code also makes it harder to buy through scalpers, so fans must register themselves from the start.
The Oasis Live ’27 phenomenon shows how a legendary band can still move the global ticket market. The closed registration model they are applying could set a precedent for other promoters in curbing scalping and ensuring more even ticket distribution. On the other hand, however, this system also limits access for fans who did not manage to register or who ran into verification problems.
With 42 shows now final, the question is: will this surge in demand be followed by dynamic ticket pricing policies in the future, or will it instead push other bands to imitate Oasis's closed approach? What is clear is that Knebworth will be a barometer of just how strong the pull of the Gallagher brothers' reunion is on a stage that made history in 1996.
