Diablo 4 Season 15 Trick: Players Can Wear Full Mythic Sets, Blizzard Silent

Several Diablo 4 players have reportedly worn full sets of Mythic Unique gear in Season 15, an unprecedented situation that has sparked speculation over whether this is part of the official design or a developer oversight. The ability stems from an exploit that allows Mythic items recycled in the Horadric Cube to no longer carry the 'crafted' label, letting players equip more than one self-made Mythic.
In Season 14, Blizzard imposed strict restrictions: Mythic Uniques created through the Horadric Cube, Blacksmith, or Jeweler were tagged 'crafted' and only one could be worn. The policy drew protests because it forced players to rely on luck to obtain natural Mythics without the tag. Blizzard then softened its stance mid-season and revised the rules in Season 15 (Hell's Legacy): items made by the Blacksmith and Jeweler are no longer considered 'crafted', while cube products remain so. However, a new exploit emerged when players combined three identical Mythic Uniques using the Recycle Uniques recipe in the cube. The result is a new Mythic without the 'crafted' tag, which can be worn without limit.
Though it sounds balance-breaking, the effort is not easy. It takes 15 Resplendent Sparks to create one Mythic through recycling, and to fill 12 gear slots, players must collect around 180 Sparks. That amount can only be reached through extreme grinding, making it hard for most casual players to exploit. However, several well-known content creators such as Wudijo have proven it is possible.
"We cannot yet confirm whether this is intentional or an oversight," a Blizzard representative said in an unofficial statement, as quoted from the community. "We will continue to monitor and evaluate its impact on the playing experience."
So far, Blizzard has not issued an official statement. The upcoming Patch 3.2.2 only contains bug fixes and does not address this exploit. Season 15 itself has received a positive reception after the less popular Season 14, mainly due to the presence of Diablo and Deckard Cain. Going forward, Diablo 4 will not receive new expansions, but will introduce the Amazon class in the first half of next year, while Diablo 5 is in development and scheduled for release in 2029.
For players in Indonesia, this exploit could be an opportunity to catch up with global players, though it still requires high dedication. The local Diablo 4 community on forums and social media has begun discussing efficient strategies for collecting Sparks. However, if Blizzard considers it a bug, there is a risk of rollback or sanctions. So far, there has been no indication of such action.
The question is, will Blizzard let this exploit stand as part of the Season 15 meta, or patch it in the next update? That decision will shape the direction of competition and the in-game economy going forward.
